Practicing qigong opens the body's channels and meridians to absorb outside, or universal energy into one's own body. Qigong exercises makes one more aware of the inner body and self. Regular practice of these forms will help you attain a peacefulness that enables you to maintain a healthy body and mind.

Kathleen Garrity and Robbie Sanders have been studying with Yuanming Zhang since 1995. Practices in our Qigong for Health class include Fire Dragon Qigong, Mysterious Pyramid Qigong, Tiger Qigong, Dragon Spirit Qigong, Wind Water Qigong, Five Animals Play, Eight Brocades of Silk, Taoist Taiji Thirteen Forms, Five Elements Qigong. |
